Iman, mother of 4 children, holds one of her babies outside the MSF maternity unit in Shatila camp. She has been in Lebanon as a refugee for the last three years, having fled the war in Syria. She comes to the maternity unit regularly to check the health of her baby. “I´m not receiving any kind of help from UN. We don’t have anything. My husband does not have a permanent job and we are struggling each month to survive”.
